Enter your RWU Single Sign-on Credentials and click "Next". Students: First initial of your first name, full last name, last 3 numbers in your email, @students.rwu.edu (e.g., jsmith123@students.rwu.edu) Faculty & Staff: First initial of your first name, full last name, @rwu.edu (e.g. jsmith@rwu.edu) 3. Enter your most current password and click "Sign In" *Note: If this is your first time signing in, use the initial password the University provided you with. Roger Central Grading Instructions
RogerCentral Grading Instructions 1. Access Roger Central by going to http://rogercentral.rwu.edu. This site is also available at the bottom of the www.rwu.edu. 2. Enter the username and password you use to access university systems. If you require assistance with logging in, please contact the help desk at 401-254-6363. 3. Click on the Faculty option 4. Select the course you wish to grade 5. Click on Grading 6. Click on Final Grade 7. Select a final grade for each student by using the available picklist Please note that the “I” (incomplete) grade for undergraduate students is not an available grade option in the drop-down grade menu in RogerCentral. If you wish to give a student an incomplete grade, please follow these instructions. 8. Once all grades have been entered you will receive an email confirming all of your grades for that course have been submitted. There is not a submit button. We suggest clicking on Overview at the top of the screen to review your grades. If all grades are accurate you are done. Grades will post twice, once on the last day of finals and again on the morning that grades are due. Once grades are posted, you cannot make any changes in RogerCentral. To change a grade that has been posted, you must complete the change of grade form (available in the Registrar’s Office), obtain all of the necessary signatures and return the completed form to the Registrar’s Office.

Submitting an Incomplete Grade
The Registrar’s Office has created an Incomplete Grade Submission form utilizing the Curriculog Proposal system. Once you have “Approved” the form, the form will be sent to the Registrar’s Office for processing. Your school dean will also receive a notification. All Incomplete grades must be submitted through the Incomplete Grade Form in Curriculog - https://rwu.curriculog.com/ Your login information is the same the login you use to access RogerCentral. Select New proposal Click On the start new proposal icon on the far right Choose the school that houses your course (select from the drop down) All fields are required (notated with red asterisk) Student Id, Last Name, First Name And Reason for Incomplete grade: Input course Information: ( Term, Title, Prefix, number and section) Check boxes to confirm submission and confirm that the student has been notified Save all Changes Go to top of form and Launch by clicking on the Play button If all fields are complete correctly this window will open Click Launch Proposal If something is incorrect on the form this window will open Click the “show me” button. You will be directed to the field(s) that need correction. Once corrected to back to step 7 and launch the proposal. Proposal is now in your tasks. Approve proposal to move to Registrar’s Office by selecting decisions icon in the tool box Click approve, enter comment if you chose, click on Make My Decision Button Form submitted to registrar’s office for processing.
