Submitting an Incomplete Grade
The Registrar’s Office has created an Incomplete Grade Submission form utilizing the Curriculog Proposal system. Once you have “Approved” the form, the form will be sent to the Registrar’s Office for processing.
Your school dean will also receive a notification. All Incomplete grades must be submitted through the Incomplete Grade Form in Curriculog - https://rwu.curriculog.com/
Your login information is the same the login you use to access RogerCentral.
- Select New proposal
- Click On the start new proposal icon on the far right
- Choose the school that houses your course (select from the drop down)
- All fields are required (notated with red asterisk)
- Student Id, Last Name, First Name And Reason for Incomplete grade:
- Input course Information: ( Term, Title, Prefix, number and section)
- Check boxes to confirm submission and confirm that the student has been notified
- Save all Changes
- Go to top of form and Launch by clicking on the Play button
- If all fields are complete correctly this window will open
- Click Launch Proposal
- If something is incorrect on the form this window will open
- Click the “show me” button. You will be directed to the field(s) that need correction. Once corrected to back to step 7 and launch the proposal.
Proposal is now in your tasks.
- Approve proposal to move to Registrar’s Office by selecting decisions icon in the tool box
- Click approve, enter comment if you chose, click on Make My Decision Button
