How do I determine which archived videos are marked for deletion?

1.  Navigate to the Panopto icon in Bridges.

2.  View your Panopto account by clicking on the icon in the far right:

3. Go to the "system" gear icon at the bottom left of the page and look at the videos listed under the "archive" heading.

4. Make sure the "sort by" filter is set to "date archived"

5. Sort your videos from oldest to newest using the arrows

6. View the length of time the video has been archived, which is listed in the video information next to the thumbnail

7.  If the video has been archived for 2+ years, then it will be scheduled for deletion.

8. If you would like more information about the video (date created, archived etc.) click on the text on the video.

8.  If you don't want your video to be deleted, simply press, "restore from archive"

As you go through your videos, make sure you are not missing any videos by checking the bottom of the page (as there can be many in archive). You can increase results per page to get a full listing.
