How to bulk "unarchive" Panopto videos
Modified on: Thu, Jan 30 2025 12:48 PMThere might be instances where many of your videos have fallen into archive (per the Panopto retention policy of 18-month unwatched videos) and you need to reactive them in bulk.
Below are instructions on how to do this.
Upon clicking on Panopto in Bridges, open Panopto in a new window by clicking on the square/arrow on the upper right hand corner:
On the right hand menu select System on the bottom right, then select Archive,
This pull up all of your archived videos across all courses/folders. From there select the videos you'd like to make active. You can sort the display on when videos have fallen into archive, then select the arrow/box to unarchive the selected videos.
