These instructions are for students to set up printing directly from a laptop or netbook to an RWU network printer.

Note: you will need to be connected to the Students1 network

1. Connect to Students1 wireless network

2. Open up the website https://hawkprint.rwu.edu

3. When prompted, enter your ACADEMICS username and password. 

*The Academics username format is the first initial of your first name + Last name + Followed by the 3 numbers assigned to you. ( Example: Jstudent123 )

*The Academics password can be different than your Microsoft and Google. You can reset your Academics password by going to https://passwords.rwu.edu

4. Once logged in, click "Choose File" to select the document you wish to print.

5. Click the "Please select printer" dropdown menu and choose "Web Holding Queue" and click on "Print"

6. Sign in to the release station with the same credentials referenced above to release your document.
