Adding/Changing Phone Number For Microsoft Authenticator

With the addition of the Microsoft Authenticator as part of your login process for your Microsoft account, there may be a time when you may need to change your number on your account when you get a new phone. You can update it through your Microsoft Account! Below are instructions on how to do so.

Go to login.microsoftonline.com and sign in with your Microsoft Credentials.

Select your initials at the top right of the screen on the home page. This will give you a drop-down menu with the account information. Select View Account.

Once the new tab has opened, you will see your account settings. Go to Security Info and click on Update Info,

In Security Info, you will be able to add other devices to sign in and change your existing phone number associated with your RWU Microsoft Account.
