Panopto videos are automatically captioned when they are uploaded to Panopto or brought over from Zoom.  

However, there might be older videos that were not automatically captioned.  

To caption these videos, hover over the video and select the gear icon.

Select Captions from the menu

Select Automatic Machine Captions from the drop down menu and click Order

The video should be captioned accordingly depending on the length of the video.
