How do I capture my PowerPoint presentation in Panopto ?

1.  Launch Panopto from your Bridges course or home menu.

2.  Click the "create" button:

3.  Select "Panopto Capture- Record in browser":

4. You should launch the Panopto recorder in a new browser tab:

5.  You will notice that the tab has a little red dot on top indicating that it is the recorder:

6.  Now click on your PowerPoint presentation and start the slide show:

7.   click window key + tab key (command + Tab on a mac) to toggle back to the panopto recorder and select the "screen and apps" icon on the upper right-hand corner.

8.  select "window" and then pick "powerpoint slide show" and then click "share".

9.  You will be taken to the slide show and you will see this message from Panopto indicating that it is recording that window

10.  Use the keyboard shortcuts in step 7. to toggle back to the Panopto recorder and hit record:

11.  Toggle back to your slide show presentation and start recording.  When you are done, just toggle back to the Panopto Recorder and hit the red button again to stop recording.
