How to Suggest an Improvement with Bridges

If there is a functionality that you would like to see in Bridges, feature requests can be submitted directly to the tracking product if you have an account. Please go to this link and follow the steps below to create a Jira account and initiate an issue.

Click the Sign in button on the top right corner of the screen.

Click the Create an account link.

Enter your email.

Check your inbox to complete setup and log in.

Once logged in, you can search JIRA to see if a feature request has already been input.

- If you find that the feature has already been requested or incorporated into Sakai, please upvote the improvement. Note that new features take time to develop and implement, and more votes helps to move them along.

- If you find that the feature has not already been requested or incorporated into Sakai, please click the Create button to launch an issue. The screenshot below shows the required fields.

- You can search the Jira number provided in your ticket to access it. Note that there will be an eyeball icon toward the top right you can select which will set your account to be notified whenever an update is made to that ticket.
