How to Login to Office 365 on the Web

1. Navigate to email.rwu.edu .

2. Enter your rwu email address. Your email address is compromised of your first inital + last name, followed by @rwu.edu .

3. Enter your single sign on password.

Note: If this is your first time signing in, use your default password.

The default password is comprised of your initials lowercase (first, last) + last 4 SSN + RWU (uppercase).

4. Confirm your identity using MFA.

Note: Some users will use Microsoft 2FA and some users will use Duo.

5. Once signed in, navigate the Office 365 applications on the vertical menu on the left.
