Turning System ON and OFF


To Turn On

  • If the touch screen is black, tap to turn it on.
  • Tap the bottom of the screen to enter the system.

  • Select a source to power on the projector and lower the screen.
  • The available sources are:
    • Laptop - HDMI Connection
    • PC - Desktop Computer
    • AirMedia - Wireless Connection

To Turn Off

 *Note: Please make sure to turn off the system before leaving the room.

  • Select Exit on the touch panel.
  • Confirm shutdown by selecting Yes.

Connecting a Device

Personal Laptop

  • An HDMI cable is provided.
  • Select Laptop on the control panel.
  • Adapters are available for checkout at the Media Tech Desk (near the University Library entrance).

AirMedia

Select AirMedia on the control panel.

  • For Laptops
    • Open a web browser and enter the URL shown on the screen.
    • Download AirMedia software and enter the 4-digit code displayed.

    • To disconnect, exit AirMedia on the laptop.
  • For Smart Devices
    • Download the Crestron AirMedia App.
    • Open the app, enter the URL, and tap "Present with AirMedia®."
    • Enter the 4-digit code to connect.

    • To disconnect, exit the AirMedia app.

AV Features

Image Mute

  • To mute the screen (without turning off the projector), press Image Mute on the touch panel.
  • Press Image Mute On to resume projection.

Camera Controls

  • Camera controls are located under the Sources area.
