Login to Computer Offline with Duo Authentication

1. Enter RWU username and password into your computer.

2. Duo Pop Up will Prompt for a Code.

3. Open Duo App on your mobile device and locate Offline Computer Account. Tap on Show to reveal the six-digit passcode.

4. On the computer, enter in the six-digit passcode given by the Duo Mobile App. (no spaces) Then select Log in.

*This is time sensitive, and passcodes refresh every 30 seconds.

5. You will now be logged into your computer.

*Note, the computer will need to reconnect to the internet within 6 days to reset the Offline access.
