Unlock Account Instructions for Faculty and Staff

1. Navigate to passwords.rwu.edu . Select the Unlock Account Button.

2. Enter in username. Enter the Captcha and press continue.

3. Select your email from the drop-down menu. Enter the Captcha. Press Continue.

Get a verification code via email website page. Has drop down menu to select email address. Captcha letters below. Continue button in bottom right.

4. Enter the code that has been sent to your email address.

5. Press button Unlock Account.
