Turn on the System

To Turn On

Use the touch panel to select an imput.
The available sources are:
- PC- Desktop PC
- Laptop - USB-C Connection
- AirMedia - Wireless Connection

To Turn Off

*Note: Please make sure to turn off the system before leaving the room.

Press the "EXIT" button on the top right corner of the touch screen.
When it asks if you are sure you would like to power the system down, press "YES."

Connecting Laptop

Personal Laptop

For personal devices, plug in your device using the USB-C cable in the room.
Select "Faculty/User Laptop" as the source on the touch panel.
Adjust the audio with the volume control on the right.

AirMedia

For AirMedia, connect the AirMedia adapter to your USB-C port on your laptop.
Select "AirMedia" as the source and send to left/right display.

Air Media adapter

It is also possible to open Chrome or Firefox and enter the AirMedia IP address (10.103._._) in the lower left corner of the display to connect to it as a website.
You would then follow the directions found there to download AirMedia on your device and enter the 4-digit cod that pops up on the display.

Using Zoom

When using Zoom on the room PC, please follow the instructions below.

Access Zoom either by clicking the desktop icon or via Bridges.
Login using your RWU Microsoft credentials.

We recommend doing a mic and speaker test via the Zoom settings.
The camera controls are on the touch panel.
The USB-C cable that connects your device to the TV monitors also connects the camera and microphone.
